  • Pending or completed the assessment/ reassessment/ revision/ re-computation
  • If no additional tax outgo
  • Begin the search proceeding as per section 132
  • Books, assets, or documents seized or called upon by the Income Tax Authority as per section 132A
  • Conduct survey as per section 133A
