The Manufacturing Enterprise is characterized by the amount of money invested in plants and machinery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Service Enterprises:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> These are businesses that provide or offer services and are identified by their investment in equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Required Documents for MSME Registration<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following documents are required for MSME Registration:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individual\/Authorized Signatory Adhaar Card<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entity PAN Card<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GSTN, if applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cheque Cancelled<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>MSME Registration Types: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The categories of MSME registration are as follows:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>MSME Provisional Registration: <\/b>This is given to entities that have yet to begin operating. The MSME can do the following with provisional registration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obtain lodging, land, and other necessities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obtain critical clearances and NOCs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obtain permission from regulatory agencies such as the pollution control board and the labor department.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under priority sector lending, obtain term loans and operating capital from financial institutions and banks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A PRC (provisional registration certificate) is issued to new businesses without a field investigation and is valid for 5 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Permanent MSME Registration: <\/b>It is awarded to existing operational industrial units.
